At Hayes Rugby Club, we offer exclusive use of our completely private hire Rooms. With free on-site parking, complimentary Wi-Fi for the entire booking and your own bar to unwind after a creative day .
we have two rooms available which can accommodate up to 60 guests or over 180 and is fully equipped with 50” TVs, and audio equipment to meet all your presentation needs.
To keep your day running smoothly, we offer full table service and can provide a delicious hot or cold buffet during your breaks After a productive day, your guests can unwind and socialise at our fully stocked bar.

We understand how difficult it is to plan a farewell for a loved one, and we are here to help make it a meaningful and memorable day for all family and friends. At Hayes Rugby Club, we take pride in providing a space where you can celebrate their life with care, dignity and with other loved ones.
The Club Room & The Lounge are ideal for intimate gatherings, features their own private bar, a thoughtfully crafted buffet menu, and audio-visual equipment, allowing you to share a photo slideshow and play your loved one’s favorite songs.
We have two spaces available which can accommodate up two 60 guests or for larger gatherings our lounge bar can accommodate up to 180 with both spaces having private out-door seating.
To help ease the burden during this time, we offer completely free-of-charge hire on all life celebration occasions room fee.

• All bookings require a in-person deposit of £150.00 to secure your chosen date and time, which is fully refundable subject to conditions in our hire agreement • A minimum booking duration of 3 hours is required. • Please note that we do not accept bookings for birthday party's between the ages of 12-21.
